okay, so i had smoked a few times before, and decided that it was time that me & my [now ex-boyfriend] got a hookah. We didn't do too much research, but we did a little bit. We ended up at [smoking-hookah.,com] and that's where we ordered our hookah from. Well i opened the box, after much anticipation only to be really disappointed. The hookah was nothing like the pictures, or as described. The base was blue with silver swirl looking things, that i will quote someone else [for the most part] "looks like a 9 year old with vision impairments painted. The stem was red, and was just.. not in great shape. the tray we received had dents in it, and it's already starting to rust, oh and we had to grind it down just to get it to fit on there.... the hoses are two different colors, two blue and one black.. and we ended up spending around $100. I mean, we seen how much it was, and was like wow that's cheap, so we didn't expect to get an amazing hookah at $69.99, but i was really dissappointed with what i received. I'm sure my ex will be getting in touch with them to let them know how we will not be doing business with them, and give them links to all of the sites we place this on..

Sorry if it seems a bit unorganized, i'm kinda out of it today.

oh, and i forgot to mention that the first time that i put cold water and ice in the base, the blue and silver paint flaked off. lol

sister you have been what is called "had", scammed, bamboozled, swindled. you get the picture. i have never ordered anything from the store here that is bad or that i have been disappointed in. they're good people here.

Thats odd. A friend of mine ordered from them once and had no problems with his order. You should definitly get a hold of them and get them to replace your stuff.
